micah and sara riesenweber:
Lead pastors

Micah and Sara planted The Vine Church in 2015. Micah was a youth pastor in the Tri-Cities for over a decade, and Sara taught elementary school. Micah grew up in the Tri-Cities, and Sara grew up on the mission field in Africa. They met in college and have been married since 2003. They have two active, happy daughters, Alyssa and Rachel. As co-pastors, they have a heart for building a safe community for people to gather and explore faith. They love the Tri-Cities and want its residents to experience the love and goodness of God. In their time off, you can find them camping, enjoying good coffee, and surrounded with family and friends.

Jayme is serving as our Community Cultivator at the Vine. She is originally Canadian and also grew up in Belize. She is married to Tony, an RN at Kadlec, and together they have three awesome kids, Kai, Koen and Karis. Their family moved back to the Tri-Cities in 2016 after living in Hawaii and Belize. She is excited to help facilitate community connections within our church as well as with the larger community of the Tri-Cities! Jayme loves getting to know people and making new friends. Some of her favorite ways to spend time are visiting with a friend, playing games with her kids, paddling on the river, hiking and reading.

Justin Harper:
Leadership Team

Justin serves on our leadership team, and brings thoughtfulness, creativity, and an eye for design, thanks to his background in marketing. He met his wife, Kate, on a Christian dating site, and they have two beautiful baby girls, Hadley and London. Justin has a passion for celebrating the ways God works in our lives, both big and little, and Kate loves connecting with and supporting other moms. Kate is a vegan; Justin is not! Though they approach cuisine differently, they are both adventurous eaters and love sharing meals with friends, new and old.
